Our History

Built around 1830 in Bellechasse County, the water mill on the Rivière des Abénaquis was kept in motion until the 1970s. Originally, as a nod to artisan tradition, the name was used exclusively for our stone-ground flours. Today, it is synonymous with our full range of organic and conventional products, meticulously selected for their nutritional and taste qualities.
